In the first quarter of each year, AHS publishes an annual report with the goal of providing transparent leadership through gratitude, as we continue in partnership with the incredible individuals in our five-year Empowerment Program. Annual reports typically feature a variety of our Scholars — lovingly nicknamed “Hammies” — at different stages of their journey and the values that drive them. Each shared story is placed within context of how our program supports them, the impact we left on our community that year, and how we’ve leveraged the generosity of our financial supporters.
